Furthermore, effective cooperation in various regional crises, especially common military operations in Syria and close positions on many international and regional issues, has created unprecedented conditions in the ups and downs of relations between Iran and the Russian Federation after the collapse of the Soviet Union. The Authors of this article focusing on the trend of Iran- Russia relations during last three years, examine the reasons for shaping the current situation of this relation. The main assumption of this article is that the confrontation between Tehran and Washington and Iran’s perception of US threats and subsequent tension between Russia and the United States since 2012 is the most important reason for enhancing Tehran – Moscow relations.   }, keywords = {Islamic Republic of Iran,Russian Federation,United States of America,nuclear deal,Stephen Walt,Balance of Threat Theory and Balance of Power Theory}, title_fa = {امریکا و روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران - فدراسیون روسیه}, abstract_fa = {روی کار آمدن ولادیمیر پوتین ، رئیس جمهور روسیه در سال 2012 و متعاقب ، آن، انتخاب دکتر حسن روحانی به عنوان رئیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سال 2013 شرایط جدیدی را در روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایران و فدراسیون روسیه رقم زده است؛ هفت دور دیدار و مذاکره روسای جمهور و سفرهای متعدد جمع قابل توجهی از وزرا و دیگر مقامات سیاسی، امنیتی و اقتصادی دو کشور به تهران و مسکو، تقویت زیرساخت ها و فراهم نمودن مبانی اسنادی و حقوقی مناسبات د ر جهت توسعه و تحکیم روابط در سطوح دولتی و مردمی، همکاری و هم افزائی موثر در بحران های منطقه ای ب ه ویژه عملیات مشترک میدانی در سوریه و اشتراک مواضع در بسیاری از موضوعات منطقه ای و بین المللی، شرایط بی سابقه ای را در فراز و نشیب روابط جمهوری اسلامی ایر ان و فدراسیون روسیه پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی، فراهم کرده است. مولفین مقاله حاضر با بررسی روند روابط ایران و روسیه طی سه سال اخیر، علت اساسی شکل گیری وضعیت کنونی روابط ایران و روسیه را مورد بررسی قرار خواهند داد و سوال اصلی خود را چنین مطرح می کنند که کدام عامل مهم ترین نقش را در فراز و نشیب روابط ایران و روسیه در سه دهه اخیر ایفاء کرده است؟ و در پاسخ به این سوال فرضیه مقاله چنین مطرح کرده که تقابل تهران و واشنگتن و نگرانی ایران نسبت به تهدید امریکا طی سال های 1991 تا 2012 مهم ترین عامل در نزدیکی تهران به مسکو و متقابلا، تنش و تقابل در روابط مسکو و واشنگتن و افزایش تهدید های امریکا علیه روسیه از سال 2012 تاکنون مهم ترین علت نزدیکی روابط تهران - مسکو است.}, keywords_fa = {جمهوری اسلامی ایران,فدراسیون روسیه,ایالات متحده امریکا,توافق هسته ای,موازنه تهدید و موازنه قدرت}, url = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_19758.html}, eprint = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_19758_642d43470c158376c751aa08653c38e0.pdf} }
