Accordingly,  the anti-hegemonic acts such as the terrorist attacks of 9/11 and the role played by regional actors have increased the desire to confront the hegemonic power and provided grounds for an assertion of emerging powers,  shifting the international system to its current uni-multi polar form. In the meantime, the empowerment of China in the economic arena and its influence on the international system on the one hand and Russia’s attempt to protect its sphere of influence at a regional level and its confrontation with the hegemonic unilateralism on the other hand has brought forth the following question: what are the main components of Russia-China soft power balance and how do these components influence US hegemony? The hypothesis of this paper is that components such as delegitimizing the hegemony, economic reinforcement, utilizing regional organizations such as BRICS are the main components of Russia and China’s soft power balance that emphasize the indirect confrontation of the hegemonic power and challenge the United Sates. Through an explanatory-descriptive, and with data collective methods via library, internet statistics this paper further explores the components of Russia and China’s soft power balance in the field of economic power, utilization of organizations such as BRICS, delegitimizing hegemonic power, preventing the efficacy and performance of the United states in sensitive regions which have been effective in influencing US hegemonic power. }, keywords = {Soft Balance of Power,Hegemony,BRICS,China and Russia}, title_fa = {تاثیر مولفه‌های موازنه نرم چین و روسیه بر هژمونی ایالات‌متحده آمریکا}, abstract_fa = {        ویژگی‌های نظام بین‌الملل پساجنگ سرد و تبیین هژمونی ایالات‌متحده صرفا متأثر از تغییر ساخت قدرت نیست، بلکه عملکرد کارگزاران و بازیگران نیز در شکل‌دهی به اصول و مبانی این دوران نقش قابل‌توجهی را ایفاء می‌نماید. در این راستا، انجام اقدامات ضدهژمونیک نظیر حادثه 11 سپتامبر 2001 و نقش‌آفرینی بازیگران چالشگر منطقه‌ای روحیه تقابل با قدرت هژمون را افزایش داد و زمینه را برای ابراز وجود قدرت‌های نوظهوری فراهم نمود که وضعیت کنونی نظام بین‌الملل را به سوی تک-چندقطبی سوق داده‌اند.         در این میان، قدرت‌یابی چین در عرصه اقتصادی و تأثیرگذاری بر نظام بین‌الملل از یک‌سو و تلاش روسیه به‌منظور حفظ حوزه نفوذ خود در سطح منطقه‌ای و به تبع آن تقابل با یک‌جانبه‌گرایی هژمون از سوی دیگر منجر به طرح این سوال شده است که مهم‌ترین مؤلفه‌های موازنه نرم چین و روسیه کدام‌ هستند و این مؤلفه‌ها چه تأثیری بر هژمونی ایالات‌متحده دارند؟ فرضیه تحقیق این است که مؤلفه‌هایی نظیر مشروعیت زدایی از هژمون، تقویت قدرت اقتصادی، عدم پذیرش سرزمینی و بهره‌گیری از سازمان‌های فرامنطقه‌ای نظیر بریکس مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های موازنه نرم چین و روسیه به‌شمار می‌روند که به دلیل تاکید بر مقابله غیرمستقیم با هژمون و ائتلاف موازنه‌گر علیه قدرت برتر می‌توانند، ایالات‌متحده آمریکا را با چالش مواجه سازند. این مقاله با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی و گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت کتابخانه‌ای، منابع فضای مجازی و آمار و ارقام به ارزیابی مولفه‌های موازنه نرم چین و روسیه در زمینه قدرت اقتصادی، بهره‌گیری از بریکس و اقداماتی نظیر مشروعیت‌زدایی از هژمون، عدم پذیرش سرزمینی و جلوگیری از کارآیی ایالات‌ متحده در مناطق حساس جغرافیایی موفقیت قابل توجهی داشته و توانسته‌اند هژمونی ایالات متحده را تحت تاثیر اقدامات خود قرار دهند.}, keywords_fa = {موازنه نرم,هژمون,بریکس,چین و روسیه}, url = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_22199.html}, eprint = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_22199_b722934045c404a7796167576cc5024d.pdf} }
