Furthermore the central government’s transaction and proceedings towards the citizens of that province in scrutinized. Regional and racial divergence of Xinxiang Uighurs in contrast to China’s main population, besides susceptibility from extremist and Islamist groups in Central Asia are among the causes of extremism in Xinxiang. This land is prone to instability and growing clashes between Han Chinese and indigenous Uighurs; the first one in an attempt to overwhelm, and the latter one for autonomy or dependence. Focusing on the effects of Central Asia extremism on separatism and extremism inclinations in Xinxiang, the authors try to find an answer for the following question: What strategies has China’s central government taken for containing extremism in Xinxiang? The authors argue that China’s government has taken a hybrid containment strategy. The strategy of developing China’s western regions; suppression strategy; religious control and population change are the most important internal measures taken by China’s government in economic; security; and cultural – societal sectors respectively. Strengthening economic relations with Xinxiang neighbors, investment in energy sectors in that region, Belt – Road Initiative, using potentialities of SCO, as well as designing a political – security strategy for stabilizing neighboring countries to Xinxiang, are the measures taken for the exterior dimension. Using explanatory – analytical research method, the authors try to tell why the research findings provide an answer to the research questions.}, keywords = {Xinxiang,China,Central Asia,Extremism and Islamism}, title_fa = {چین و افراط گرایی برگرفته از منطقه آسیای مرکزی}, abstract_fa = {در این مقاله تلاش شده تا تصویری از افراط گرایی در ایالت سین کیانگ چین، زمینه ها و عواملِ تشدید کننده آن ارائه شود. علاوه بر این نحوه برخورد و تعامل دولت مرکزی چین با ساکنان این ایالت نیز مطمح نظر قرار خواهد گرفت. اختلافات دینی و نژادی ساکنان سین کیانگ یعنی اویغورها با ساکنان اصلی کشور چین یعنی قوم هان، در کنار تأثیرپذیری از گروه های تندرو و اسلام گرایان در منطقه آسیای مرکزی از جمله عوامل بروز افراط گرایی در سین کیانگ می باشد.این سرزمین مستعد عدم ثبات و برخورد فزاینده بین چینی های هان نژاد و اویغورهای بومی است، یکی برای استیلا و دیگری برای خودمختاری یا استقلال از اکثریت چینی ها.این مقاله با تمرکز بر تأثیرات جریان های تندرو در آسیای مرکزی بر تمایلات افراط گرایانه و جدایی خواهانه در استان سین کیانگ، در پی یافتن پاسخ به این پرسش است که: دولت مرکزی چین برای مهار افراط گرایی در استان سین کیانگ چه راهبردهایی را در پیش گرفته است؟ در پاسخ باید گفت که دولت چین برای مهار این پدیده، یک استراتژی ترکیبی اتخاذ نموده است. در بخش اقتصادی، استراتژی توسعه بخشی در مناطق غربی چین دنبال شده؛ در بخش امنیتی سیاست سرکوب و در بخش فرهنگی_اجتماعی سیاست کنترل مذهبی و سیاست تغییر جمعیت از مهم ترین اقدامات دولت چین در بُعد داخلی می باشد. در بُعد خارجی نیز تقویت روابط اقتصادی با همسایگانِ سین کیانگ، سرمایه گذاری در بخشهای انرژی این منطقه و طرح راه اندازی جاده ابریشم در قالب استراتژی اقتصادی؛ استفاده از ظرفیت های سازمان همکاری شانگهای و تلاش برای ایجاد ثبات در کشورهای همسایه سینکیانگ در قالب استراتژی سیاسی_امنیتی دنبال شده است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله با توجه به ماهیت آن، توصیفی_تحلیلی بوده و دامنه آن نیز آسیای شرقی و مرکزی را در بر خواهد گرفت.}, keywords_fa = {سین کیانگ,چین,آسیای مرکزی,افراط گرایی و اسلام‌گرایی}, url = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_33855.html}, eprint = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_33855_11c0821ee5f97370a4dc55dbe6bf89c6.pdf} }
