There is no doubt that BRICS is one of the most strategic forces to reforming international system as well as a novel strategic management. However, it is mostly about the difference between what Kremlin wishes for and what it gains. The main question of this study is "What are Russia's expectations regarding BRICS and to what extent these expectations are obtainable? "The initial response to the first part of the question is that "Russia expects that Brix by weakening US-led institutions in the management of the global economy and creating alternative regimes creates a multipolar international system including Russia as an important pillar". For the second part, the hypothesis has been tested that "although Brix's acts, considering continuing convergence the focus of the member states on the criteria of sustainable development and political governance, will lead to weakening US-led institutions and creating alternative regimes in long term, Russia's position in the coming order will remain similar to what it is. "The findings of the paper conducted by documentary-library methodology and analyzed through a causal method in qualitative and descriptive dimensions confirm the hypotheses.}, keywords = {BRICS,Emerging powers,US-led Order,Russia and china}, title_fa = {ظرفیت های بریکس و محدودیت های روسیه برای تغییر نظم بین الملل}, abstract_fa = {یک دهه پس از اصرار کرملین بر ا یده بریکس به عنوان باشگاه دیپلماتیک قدرت های منطقه ای رو به ظهور و بازسازی آن در راستای به چالش کشیدن سلطه ای ایالات متحده بر نهادهای اقتصادی جهانی، فعالیت موازی گروه کشورهای بریکس با نظم آمریکا-محور و به ویژه رژیم مالی برتون وودز، شبکه نوظهور همکاری میان قدرت های تجدیدنظرطلب را با هدف تغییر نحوه حکم رانی جهانی پدید آورده است. شکی نیست که بریکس راهبردی ترین نیرو برای اصلاح نظام بین الملل و نوع جدیدی از مدیریت استراتژیک به شمار می آید، اما موضوع اساسی به تفاوت میان آنچه که کرملین می خواهد با آنچه که به دست می آورد یا خواهد آورد، باز می گردد. محور اصلی مقاله حاضر نیز حول این پرسش شکل گرفته است که «انتظارات روسیه از بریکس چیست و تا چه میزان قابل تحقق خواهد بود؟». پاسخ اولیه بخش نخست پرسش این بوده که «روسیه انتظار دارد، بریکس با تضعیف نهادهای آمریکا محور در مدیریت اقتصاد جهانی و خلق رژیم های جایگزین، منجر به ایجاد نظام بین الملل چندقطبی شود که روسیه یکی از قطب های آن باشد». برای بخش دوم نیز این فرضیه به آزمون گذاشته شده است که «اگرچه فعالیت های بریکس با فرض تداوم همگرایی و توجه اعضا به معیارهای توسعه پایدار و حکمرانی سیاسی در بلندمدت به تضعیف نهادهای آمریکا-محور و خلق رژیم های جایگزین منجر خواهد شد، اما جایگاه روسیه در نظم آتی، شبیه به آنچه هست، خواهد بود». یافته های مقاله که با روش اسنادی-کتابخانه ای تهیه و با روش علی در ابعاد کیفی و توصیفی تجزیه وتحلیل شده اند درستی فرضیه های مقاله را نشان می دهند.}, keywords_fa = {بریکس,قدرت های نوظهور,نظم آمریکایی-محور,روسیه و چین}, url = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_33858.html}, eprint = {http://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_33858_d52b0f27de3c9d7c5402ddb7df87c693.pdf} }
