The article firstly explores the theoretical discourses of power in the international relations literature especially realism and neo-realism and then explains the concept of soft power and its elements. In pursuing national interest of China in different regions of the world especially in Central Asia, the main method at the hands of Beijing statesmen is the application of soft power, the author maintains. <em>مقاله حاضر به بررسی اهداف و منافع نوین چین در منطقه آسیای مرکزی و شیوه بهره گیری دولتمردان چین از عناصر قدرت برای پیشبرد این اهداف و منافع می پردازد. نویسنده مقاله در ابتدا به مباحث نظری قدرت در متون روابط بین الملل و به ویژه در اندیشه‌های واقع گرایی و نو واقع گرایی اشاره می‌کند و در ادامه، مفهوم قدرت نرم و عناصر و اجزای آن توضیح داده می‌شود. استدلال اصلی مطرح شده آن است که شیوه اصلی دولتمردان پکن برای پیشبرد منافع ملی کشورشان در مناطق مختلف دنیا و به ویژه در منطقه آسیای مرکزی به کارگیری قدرت نرم و قدرت اقتصادی می‌باشد.</em> https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_10533_f05da679342107f92111ad9d65959cd3.pdf
