ISIL seeks to utilize cyberspace and new communication tools such as social networks in particular Khalifabook - a self-made website - to recruit and train people of the region and create a network of terrorist cells. <br />This paper aims to evaluate the performance of ISIL in cyberspace and asses the employment of a network of terrorist cells in Central Asia. In this regard, the following question arises: how has ISIS attempted to create networks of terrorist cells in Central Asia? The authors believe that through propagating its messages in virtual space, ISIL seeks to recruit and train militias and establish a network of terrorist cells in Central Asia. <br />After explaining ISIS’ new communication tools in the context of cyberspace, its goals and objectives in the virtual environment with the aim to recruit and train new forces as well as to create terrorist cells in Central Asia, this paper presents possible strategies in order to confront ISIL in this region. <br />  <em>آسیای مرکزی یکی از مناطق مورد توجه داعش برای شکل دهی به شبکه هواداری فرامرزی از سلول‌ها‌ی تروریستی با هدف انجام اقدامات تروریستی در مناطق نبرد در سوریه‌ و عراق است. داعش تلاش نموده از بستر فضای مجازی و ابزارهای نوین ارتباطی آن از جمله شبکه‌های اجتماعی به ویژه تارنمای خود ساخته خلافت‌بوک در راستای جذب و آموزش افراد این منطقه و ایجاد شبکه‌ای از سلول های تروریستی استفاده نماید.</em> <br/><em>این مقاله تلاش می‌نماید چگونگی عملکرد داعش در بستر فضای مجازی و نیز نحوه به کارگیری شبکه‌ای از سلول‌های تروریستی در آسیای مرکزی را بررسی نماید.</em> <br/><em>در پاسخ به این سوال که داعش چگونه به ایجاد شبکه‌ای از سلول‌های تروریستی در آسیای مرکزی مبادرت کرده است؟ نگارندگان معتقد هستند که داعش از طریق انتشار پیام‌های تبلیغی خود در بستر فضای مجازی به جذب و آموزش نیرو و ایجاد شبکه‌ای از سلول‌های تروریستی در آسیای مرکزی مبادرت نموده است.</em> <br/><em>در این مقاله پس از تبیین ابزارهای نوین ارتباطی داعش در بستر فضای مجازی، اهداف و مقاصد داعش در استفاده از فضای سایبر در جذب و آموزش افراد و ایجاد سلول‌های تروریستی در آسیای مرکزی و راهبردهای مقابله با داعش در این منطقه واکاوی می‌شود.</em> https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_22197_8b9a21934e5eb0b7f177bce0589c1b3d.pdf
