Through cultural and ethnic ties and also reconstructing their economies structurally, Turkey has been able to extend its influence in Central Asian countries. The main question of the research addresses the purposes and implications of Turkey’s presence in Central Asia and for answering the main question, this hypothesis has been tested that Turkey is trying to create the organization of Turkish speaking countries in order to promote its political, security, and cultural influence and avoid lagging behind Iran and Russia. Data gathering method has been document-based, research strategy has been deductive, and research methodology has been based on process detection inspired by economic diplomacy literature within the realist theory. The findings of the research indicate that the main purposes of Turkey for promoting economic diplomacy in Central Asia are as follows: rivalry with Iran and Russia, establishing the council of Turkish-speaking countries, changing its geopolitical position, diversification of its energy resources, military cooperation, security issues, and etc. ترکیه در دو دهه اخیر حضور خود را در کشورهای آسیای مرکزی تثبیت کرده و نقش فعالانه‌ای در عرصه سیاسی و اقتصادی آن به خود اختصاص داده است. این کشور به‌واسطه پیوندهای فرهنگی و قومی و همچنین بازسازی ساختاری اقتصادی کشورهای آسیای مرکزی، توانست نفوذ اقتصادی خود را در این کشورها گسترش دهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اهداف و پیامدهای حضور ترکیه در آسیای مرکزی بر مبنای دیپلماسی اقتصادی است. سؤال پژوهش حاضر اهداف و پیامدهای حضور ترکیه در آسیای مرکزی است و برای پاسخ به سؤال، این فرضیه را به محک آزمون می‌گذاریم که ترکیه برای عقب نماندن از ایران و روسیه، با ایجاد کشورهای ترک‌زبان درصدد نفوذ سیاسی، امنیتی و فرهنگی خود در کشورهای آسیای مرکزی است. روش گردآوری داده‌ها روش اسنادی، راهبرد پژوهش قیاسی، روش تحقیق ردیابی فرآیند و ملهم از ادبیات مربوط به دیپلماسی اقتصادی در نظریه واقع‌گرایی است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که هدف ترکیه از پیشبرد دیپلماسی اقتصادی در آسیای مرکزی، رقابت با ایران و روسیه، ایجاد شورای کشورهای ترک‌زبان، تغییر موقعیت ژئوپلیتیکی، تنوع‌بخشی به دریافت انرژی، همکاری نظامی، تأمین امنیت است. https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_700770_c879dad1270f4b5633b25e149c3b06bb.pdf
