Natural crises that occur all over the world; In some regions, such as Central Asia, it is more extensive and numerous.  Using the experiences of other countries has a significant effect in reducing its destructive effects. For this purpose, this research aims to identify the crisis management and benefit from the common learnings of the three countries of Iran, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, and has done a comparative study and intends to answer the question of what are the differences and similarities in the type, history, structure and laws of crisis management in Do these countries exist? The study method is qualitative and the data collected from the crisis management documents of the selected countries have been analyzed using Max QDA software. The findings show that these countries, while having relative similarities in the type of crisis, although they differ slightly in terms of history and management structure; However, a comparative study of prevention, preparedness and facing crisis laws shows the difference in legislation, which has also led to different results in practice. <strong>بحران می‌تواند هم زندگی انسان‌ها و هم مشروعیت دولت‌ها را که تأمین‌کننده امنیت و رفاه هستند؛ به چالش کشیده و هزینه‌های بسیاری را به بار آورد.</strong> <strong>بحران‌های طبیعی که در همه جهان رخ می‌دهد؛ در برخی مناطق مانند آسیای مرکزی از وسعت و تعدد بیشتری برخوردار است.</strong> <strong>استفاده از تجربیات سایر کشورها تأثیر بسزایی در کاهش آثار مخرب آن دارد</strong>.<strong> بدین منظور این پژوهش باهدف شناسایی مدیریت بحران و بهره‌مندی از آموخته‌های مشترک سه کشور ایران، تاجیکستان و قزاقستان به مطالعه تطبیقی پرداخته و قصد پاسخ به این پرسش را دارد که چه تفاوت و شباهت‌هایی در نوع، سابقه، ساختار و قوانین مدیریت بحران در این کشورها وجود دارد؟</strong> <strong>روش مطالعه کیفی است و داده‌های گرداوری شده از اسناد مدیریت بحران کشورهای منتخب،  با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی‌ای مورد تحلیل قرارگرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد این کشورها ضمن داشتن تشابه نسبی در نوع بحران، اگرچه ازنظر سابقه و ساختار مدیریتی تفاوت اندکی دارند؛ اما بررسی مقایسه‌ای قوانین پیشگیری، آمادگی و مواجه با بحران نشان‌دهنده تفاوت  قانون‌گذاری است که نتایج متفاوتی را نیز در عمل به دنبال داشته است</strong>. https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_701064_3b27eb8eb17cdb8b917b20437ecff22b.pdf
