Especially since the "Ukrainian issue" has a prominent non-geopolitical feature, and there are many "nation-states" with this feature in Russia's neighborhood and surroundings. The study of Russian foreign policy trends in the Nordic-Baltic region and the influential component of Russia's "compatriots abroad" can shed light on geopolitical trends in the Nordic and Baltic regions. The main question of this article is how the security dilemma has affected the relations between Russia and the Nordic-Baltic countries? Based on Russia’s understanding of the security dilemma, this research examines the issue that the security dilemma has expanded the scope of Moscow’s security threats to the Baltic and Nordic regions. “Uncertainty,” “self-reliance,” and “anarchy” in Russia’s foreign policy behavior have led to the weakening of national security dilemma in the Nordic-Baltic countries. This research will attempt to analyze Russia’s behavior in dealing with the Nordics and Baltics using the logic of the security dilemma. از زمان جنگ روسیه با گرجستان در سال 2008، الحاق شبه جزیره کریمه در سال 2014، مداخله در درگیری‌های سوریه در تقابل مستقیم با منافع غرب، تهاجم به بخش‌های شرقی اوکراین در 24 فوریه سال 2022 و مداخله در امور کشورهای دیگر ، بحث‌ها در مورد رفتار و نیات روسیه به‌طور قابل توجهی در مناطقی که چسبندگی جغرافیایی با روسیه دارند، افزایش یافته است. خصوصا که «مسئله اوکراین»، یک ویژگی برجسته غیرژئوپلیتیک داشته که «دولت-ملت‌های دارنده» این ویژگی در همسایگی و اطراف روسیه نیز کم نیستند. مطالعه روندهای سیاست خارجی روسیه در نوردیک-بالتیک و مولفه تاثیرگذار «هم‌وطنان خارج از کشور» روسیه، می‌تواند روندهای ژئوپلیتیک در نوردیک و بالتیک را مورد توجه دهد. سوال اصلی این مقاله این است که وضعیت معمای امنیت چگونه روابط بین روسیه و کشورهای نوردیک-بالتیک را متاثر ساخته است؟ این پژوهش بر اساس درک روسیه نسبت به معمای امنیت، به این موضوع می‌پردازد که معمای امنیت، دامنه تهدیدات امنیتی مسکو را به منطقه بالتیک و نوردیک گسترش داده است. «عدم قطعیت»، «خودیاری» و آنارشی» در رفتار سیاست خارجی روسیه منجر به تضعیف مولفه‌های امنیت ملی در کشورهای نوردیک-بالتیک شده است. این تحقیق تلاش خواهد کرد تا با استفاده از منطق معمای امنیت، به تحلیل رفتار روسیه در مواجهه با نوردیک‌ها و بالتیک‌ها پرداخته است. https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_732613_d55b7860f795d5cc63f5197707533561.pdf
