Iran should bring Afghanistan's issues to peace on the condition of adopting appropriate policies and management and mobilizing capabilities. <br>This linkage between two countries is unique among Iran's relations with other countries and even less so in the relations between the other two countries. At the same time, the issue of Afghanistan has been neglected in Iran for a long time and the necessary attention is not given to it in decision-making centers, decision-making centers and even research and academic centers. Iran has no other choices rather than takes Afghanistan issue as its top priority and help to solve the roots the problem مساله اصلی این مقاله آنست که در محیط پیچیده استراتژیکی و تمدنی ایران افغانستان به صورت بالقوه چه نقشی دارد . ادعای مقاله آنست که هم پیوستگی ژئوپلیتیک دو کشور بسیار زیاد است ولی در عمل به دلایل مختلف ایران نتوانسته است از این به هم پیوستگی بهره ببرد و حتی آنرا تثبیت نماید .ایران و افغانستان به دلایل متعدد به شدت به هم پیوند خورده اند. در عین حال مساله افغانستان از دیرباز در ایران مورد بی توجهی قرار گرفته و توجه لازم به آن نمی گردد.ایران به دلیل مشکلات افغانستان مجبور به پرداخت هزینه های بسیار سنگینی شده که این تهدیدات بویژه از ابعاد ژئوپلیتیکی همانندمسایل امنیتی ، زیست محیطی و اجتماعی حالتی فزاینده دارد. سوال اصلی مقاله آنست که چگونه می توان پیوند دو کشور را تثبیت کرد و تهدیدات فزاینده از افغانستان را مهار نمود. در پاسخ به این سوال توضیح داده ی شود که ایران باید با اجرای یک طرح جامع اقدام به ایجاد تحولات گسترده در افغانستا ننماید که این طرح در مقاله توضیح داده شده است. این مقاله بر خلاف سایر مقالات رایج در مجلات کشور رویکردی سیاست نامه ای دارد.ادعای این مقاله آنست که ایران به شدت درگیر هزینه ها و تبعات مسایل افغانستان است و چاره ای بجز پرداختن ریشه ای به مسابل افغانستان ندارد و می تواند مسایل افغانستان را به شرط اتخاذ سیاست و مدیریت مناسب و بسیج توانمندیها به سمت آرامش ببرد. در نهایت و در بخش چه باید کرد پیشنهادی برای حل مسایل افغانستان تنظیم شده است. https://ca.ipisjournals.ir/article_733325_4a12540ff90242189d430a0096d1d7b3.pdf
