حوزه های اختلاف میان بریتانیا و روسیه

چکیده

با وجود قرن­ ها تاریخ مشترک، حضور در شورای امنیت و کنشگری به عنوان یک قدرت بزرگ و ائتلاف در برخی بحران­ های بین­ المللی از جمله همکاری در جنگ­ های ناپلئونی و همکاری راهبردی در جنگ جهانی دوم از زمان پایان جنگ سرد به این سو هیچ یک از دو کشور بریتانیا و روسیه، دیگری را به عنوان اولویت در نظر نگرفته است و روابط دو طرف بیشتر در چارچوب مناسبات میان روسیه و اتحادیه اروپا و ناتو تنظیم می­ شود. در این میان، پندار دو طرف از یکدیگر در چارچوب رقابت و ستیزه شکل گرفته است. خروج بریتانیا از اتحادیه اروپا در ژوئن ۲۰۱۶ نیز یکی از محورهای چالش ­برانگیز در روابط دو کشور بوده است. هم اکنون روابط دیپلماتیک دو جانبه میان بریتانیا و روسیه از زمان پایان جنگ سرد به این سو در پایین ­ترین سطح ممکن خود قرار دارد پرسش اصلی مقاله عبارت است از « مولفه­ های موثر بر بروز اختلاف میان بریتانیا و فدراسیون روسیه چگونه قابل تحلیل است؟» فرضیه مطرح شده نیز عبارت است از تفاوت در نگاه به نظم بین‌الملل پس از جنگ سرد، جنگ هیبریدی روسیه در بریتانیا و تلاش برای تاثیرگذاری بر همه‌پرسی سال ۲۰۱۶، بحران اوکراین و منضم شدن کریمه به روسیه، قتل اتباع روس در بریتانیا و تفاوت رویکرد در بحران سوریه، موجب شکل گیری پندار تهدید از یکدیگر، بروز اختلاف میان لندن و مسکو و کاهش سطح روابط دوجانبه شده است. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ است.
